Each Initial Zoom Hypnosis session typically lasts between 1-1.5 hours in length. (Applies to first-time clients coming in with a new goal they would like to discuss & work on using hypnosis.)

This hypnosis session includes a discussion of your goals and challenges, followed by transformational restorative hypnosis & post-hypnotic suggestions in alignment with your goals.

This is a virtual session that takes place over Zoom. Please make sure that you have a private room for your zoom session.

[Returning Clients Only] Subsequent hypnosis sessions usually include a discussion of your progress and troubleshooting any remaining challenges as they come up, followed by transformational restorative hypnosis and post-hypnotic suggestions in alignment with your goals.

This is a virtual session that takes place over Zoom. Please make sure that you have a private room where you will not be disturbed during the Zoom session.
