Each Initial Hypnosis session typically lasts between 1-1.5 hours in length. (Applies to first time clients coming in with a new goal they would like to discuss and work on using hypnosis.)

This hypnosis session usually includes a discussion of your goals and challenges in a safe, non-judgmental space, followed by transformational restorative hypnosis and post-hypnotic suggestions in alignment with your goals. Come with an open mind and ready to relax :-)

[Returning Clients Only] Subsequent hypnosis sessions usually include a discussion of your progress since your previous hypnosis session and troubleshooting any remaining challenges as they come up, followed by transformational restorative hypnosis and post-hypnotic suggestions in alignment with your goals.

Returning clients are welcome to bring a new goal they would like to work on in their subsequent sessions as well.
